 Taste of Northeast Vendor Application

 

You are invited to offer over 2,000 guests a unique shopping opportunity during the 18th annual Taste of Northeast event as they sample the food, shop the gift market, listen to music, view art and bid on auction items.

This event will be advertised in the media and promoted on social media and with posters and flyers circulated all over North Tarrant County (showing participating sponsors, vendors and restaurants).

We invite you to submit your application early. We are limiting multiple genres to enhance the shopping experience for our guests!

To be included in ALL pre-publicity, we MUST have your completed form with payment by September 1st. Early response offers prime booth location and maximum advertising exposure.

Submit application and materials by August 1, 2017.

Booth spaces are available on a first-come basis subject to Arts Council Approval.

Accepted merchants will be notified by September 1, 2017.

 

For $100, you will receive:
• Selection of booth location at the event – (first ones to return forms and make commitment)
• 10’ x 10’ or 8’ x 12’ booth with skirted table
•Two vendor passes to the event
Note: There is a $40 charge for electricity – only 110V available

You are asked to provide:
•A unique shopping opportunity for 2,000+ attendees!

Please provide your business name as you wish it to appear in publications. Early commitment brings you prime booth location and maximum advertising exposure.

There is a $40 charge for electricity – only 110V available. Electrical outlets are limited - Payment must be received to reserve outlet.
